There are 4 ways to clear clues from assets: dropping the clues on her assets back in her location (which means she has to pick them up again), discarding the assets with clues on them (which means she needs to find a replacement or replay a copy), using either "Aetheric Current" (and she needs to find an enemies to target with the event) or advance the act and/or spend clues specifically on her assets first
The exact probabilities aren't known for the likeliness of pulling an alternate artwork card but it has been approximated that the chance of a non-Secret Rare Alternate Art is 0.30-0.35% and for a Secret Rare for there to be a 0.12% chance it's an Alternate Art
For example, if EX1-005 [Tyrannomon]'s original card information is changed, its original color will become white, and EX1-005 [Tyrannomon]'s effect will also treat it as green, making it a 2-color white and green Digimon
