New players will almost never have to play something like this in their first games, as many of those are very rare or older cards
You don't choose targets for Itzquinth, Firstborn of Gishath's triggered ability at the time it triggers
It poops out little dudes to protect itself, it resurrects all your weak creatures (who may have fallen while protecting it), and if you're already in a fairly comfortable position when you cast her, Elspeth closes out the game in no time, turning anything you pick into a highly relevant flying threat
It also gets really obnoxious in multiples, so it might be really dumb to play against out of some decks
I highlighy recommend watching the whole video as he goes into great detail about the various problems concerning the Ultimate Masters release, especially as part of a larger price issue with Magic as a whole
