Hes one of the best mythic rare MTG cards for artifact strategies, and one creature doing all of that at four mana is why he dominates Commander

All-in-all, this has to be one of the most gorgeous cards of Scarlet & Violet, even if the relatively less popular Pokemon will hold its price back from being at the very top of the list

Still don't see life gain as being that helpfull in Commander, so usually this will be a pass for me I think
