astral radiance pokemon center promo card with 4 dividers to keep everything organised Astral Radiance Pokémon Center Elite

Although a bit expensive for the command zone, Agent Frank Horrigan is a solid proliferate commander and a fine top-end in the 99

You get to draw X cards when you cast it, but you also get to gain X life

The fact that Jaxis has a blitz ability gives it a way to shave two mana from its mana cost is mildly interesting but that seems more something for playing the card in tournament decks rather than Commander since commander tax would still apply to the alternate casting cost

1 Black Dragon

For anyone looking to try the physical Pokemon card game after a certain new app got its claws into them (believe me, we're all in the same boat), this Black Friday offer should be on your radar
