Ultimately, the Battle of Wits combo is a transferable shell, and something that any player inspired to make this deck can fiddle around with and find their own version
Its a little too simple for my taste, and Isperia, Supreme Judges effect is good card draw but there arent enough specific payoffs to make it feel like the essential commander for this deck
I also want to just make note that this card is an absolute bomb in limited formats and maybe standard, which I imagine is more what this card was designed for
