a game I had the other day playing Henzie had me casting this for free off of an early Evercoat Ursine, and getting heaters like Old Gnawbone and Terror of the Peaks off of the cascade triggers

The main difference here is that Erode destroys whereas Path to Exile, well, exiles and it can target planeswalkers

Blue Serum Visions doesn't look like much at first glance, but the fact that it replaces itself while allowing you to manipulate the top of your library makes it a powerful card that is good in all stages of the game
