Revel in Riches is the most obvious and most powerful as an alternate win condition

More and more legends are coming out all the time, leading to more and more players including them in their Commander decks, where its not a drawback at all

I think all of the cards currently using mutate are viable, but I would value the Commander 2020 cards mostSawtusk Demolisher and Souvenir Snatchersince they were built for this format

Just like Eternal Witness is usually more powerful that Regrowth because you can abuse the creatureness of it, you can flicker, bounce, or recur this for more and more lands (maybe even cards!)
