It's held back by only working on creatures and two other permanent types that won't see much play outside of limited, but at one mana it'll still be used for some spicy turns

On Average Ranger has a scry, a power and a slightly better land than what Nissa offers up front and that is all together a pretty significant upgrade

For those who arent familiar with the usual cost for a precon (as will be the case for many drawn to the game for the first time by the FF crossover), you should really only ever expect to pay around $45 for a standard Commander deck
