if you are in red, you need to choose between Alpine Moon (the best Tron and Valakut hate), Damping Sphere (good Tron and Storm hate), and Blood Moon (reasonable Tron hate with free wins against other decks)
But I also got the impression that small adjustments could easily tip the balance
In fact, while the two cards certainly have some synergies, you could very easily view them as being entirely separate, where it not for the fact that they are simply two sides of the same coi card
In the end, Matt Tabak, Principal Magic Editor at Wizards of the Coast, was asked for comment and declared on Twitter, "No, if you don't pay the energy, you don't draw the cards
As a side note, you may notice that theres 81 cards in this deck, but that appears to be entirely intentional
