For three mana, bouncing one card back to its owners hand isnt great, but it can do some work in a pinch

The looting ability also raises floor on multiple Smugglers Copters, as it is much easier to hit a creature or two a turn when you are seeing so many cards

This creature-type-soup of a card can sneak onto the battlefield and turn all your ninjas deadly with deathtouch extremely cheaply

All in all not a bad card to help support the deck and trigger various effects and synergies

In vampire typal EDH decks filled with lords, Bloodline Keeper is even better, and when it transforms into Lord of Lineage, it gives your other vamps a freaking +2/+2 bonus
