Truly, the possibilities for a really strong deck with these cards is endless, but for players who like to Party, Garland at the Chaos Shrine looks like the best scene box to pick up.

White also doesnt tend to get much in the way of mana acceleration, so this is a nice bonus for decks to try

All in all, this is an interesting card that could be sneakily strong in focused decks, but the strong downsides makes it difficult to abuse

Some of the decks Ill talk about can compete with Felidar Guardian or Treasure Cruise, and some probably cant, but thats not a huge concern to me
