Return three snow lands you control to their owner's hand: Return Icebreaker Kraken to its owner's hand
The point is that in 60-card one-versus-one competitive Magic, the initiative is such a fundamentally broken mechanic that a 3-mana 3/3 that doesnt really do much else is banned in one of the games most powerful formats
Granted, it's at sorcery speed instead of being able to do it on someone else's turn to start off a Storm combo with a bit of a boost, but in all likelihood it's still going to do more for you in a mono-black build than a simple Dark RitualDark Ritual will, for the same mana cost
If you do, Gogo and that creature each get +2/+0 and gain haste until end of turn and attack this turn if able
Like those, it was banned to avoid the perceived-barrier-to-entry, but was strong enough to be a candidate for banning even without the optics especially in long games where the card draw yields inevitability over time
