yugioh tier 0 decks history April 2021 OCG List created by a Japanese pro player : r/yugioh History of Tier 0 Decks

If its not, then we would probably rather play Chandra, Torch of Defiance or even something like Fleetwheel Cruiser

This deck shows that before Rio/Marin, Akiza was THE kick-ass leading lady of Yu-Gi-Oh

Pikachu (Genetic Apex) is not available in Rare Packs

Outside of a few notables like Anointed Procession and Emeria, the Sky Ruin, the majority of this deck is quite easy to get

The only cards with this text that do not have either such effect are "Sky Striker Mecha Modules - Multirole" (which prevents the activation of effects in response to your Spells) and "Dice Re-Roll" (which allows a player to redo a dice roll)
