If you hit an average of one land in every three top cards, you're going to break even
If you have a commander that cares about assassins hitting your opponents, that deck is probably an assassin typal deck focused on getting in with assassins
While other decks frankly felt a bit more powerful than the Sultai, I found its core mechanics and synergy were very sleek, and easy to wield, with cards that naturally bounced off others for buffs and graveyard summonings
Bloodthirsty Adversary is also just an ace for midrange decks, and Id have a hard time not adding it to any Cube that doesnt have a more general restriction that bars its inclusion
So, there is some flexibility in what you cast but a restriction on how many times the effect can trigger, namely once a turn per turn (unless you go infinite turns, then it doesnt matter)
