I dont think theres a great argument to be had to say reprinting this card has ruined the value of the older versions of the card. At this point, the values of the ABU versions are independent of whether or not Serra Angel gets printed again

That being said, this is a pretty neat card that lets you run some other weird tribal support in your Sliver decks and might make a fun less-outright powerful Sliver commander which is something the archetype could seriously use

However, this card is still pretty gimmicky to use effectively and requires you need a set-up going already OR you are going to OTK that turn you would use Hurricane
