I could see using 1 of these cards in rare cases in a fire type deck, but like I said in the early part of this paragraph, I would most definitely recommend using this Card with Charmander's evolutions, not just on its own
As the first GP using Avacyn Restored, surprises were to be expected, but this Top 8 didnt look anything like the familiar ones from before the new set

In fact, a lot of removal spells are bad against this build except specifically when it comes to interacting with your combo, such that there will be awkward tension for opponents when trying to sideboard against you
