Neither ability is game winning on its own, but one of them will always be relevant

I just dont think they have the support to be effective commanders

While exile is lovely and very scary to play against this card is too ineffective at doing what you mainly want it to do

Especially with Dragons Rage Channeler and also Ledger Shredder, Mishras Bauble still performs and synergizes very well with mentioned cards, being able to manipulate the library, making up for better draws, helping with Delirium and fueling the graveyard for earlier Murktide Regents

That alone makes her an exceptionally steady engine, but her second ability pushes the value even further
