A Pok-Power burdened by coin flips and drawbacks and an attack on a Stage 2 Pokmon that maxes out at 60 damage is all in all underwhelming to say the least

You need to be heavy into white/lifegain to leverage this white enchantment properly, but its a bundle of fun

Having it become an indestructible attacker/blocker is also pretty solid as well
