And you can power it up on your own by playing your own spells normally

It blocks and races well against any deck playing small creatures, and it survives most of the cheap burn spells in the format while also being able to trade up for bigger green creatures

It's just too much of an investment for such a low payoff in this decks, but I could see it doing work in a deck more focused on artifact tokens
