The only downside to this card is that since it is a legendary, you will only be able to add one to your deck, making it a tricky card draw
Its attacks are not too bad, with Poison Flame having a 50 percent chance to inflict both Burn and Poison, and Squared Attack dealing up to 80 damage

I see all five of these cards as solid includes, I just find it easier to justify making space for Lair of the Hydra and Den of the Bugbear in a Cube as well as those two being higher picks in the average draft
In that sort of a role Remand is the vastly more desirable card, you want countermagic to deal with stuff cheaply and efficiently, you play card advantage spells to provide the late game inevitability and so you are just harming your own disruptive power by trying to combine the two into one overcost card
