I picture this card in decks with a lot of mana resources anyway and the care about casting from exile, so I think this card has a practical use better than the prior card

If one or more colour layers are 100% missing and the others are 100% present thats the bare minimum evidence I would need to see before I believe any card is so-called albino so my card is actually sunfaded to the max (or close)
