This white creature is amazingly annoying (and you know that's enough for some players!), and with any sort of blink this bird rogue becomes a serious control tool: Plotting a card from the stack can deal with uncounterable spells, and any counterspell you plot becomes effectively useless (since they don't work at sorcery speed!)
For me this piece carries everything that makes a perfect illustration: composition, dynamics, design and storytelling
Unlike some of the other decks on this list, your commander gets to be both a value piece (producing mana in spades) while also being your win condition (tutors all of your pieces directly into play through Treasure sacrificing)
