This means that using a Link-3 as material gives Accesscode 5300 ATK sure to leave a dent in your opponents life points For clearing the field, Accesscode can banish a Link monster from your field or graveyard to non-target destroy 1 of your opponents cards , with the caveat that it can only pop once per Attribute of Link monster banished, and you cant banish the same Attribute in one turn

That said, the Test Chansey card does have a retreat cost () so Im not sure if they decided against it at first only to add it back in later
