The big old load of text on this card reads, Whenever an opponent sacrifices a nontoken permanent or discards a permanent card, you may put that card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. Its just a good way to keep getting more value out of your discard and sacrifice effects, and youve got a lot of them to use
The blue body is a fair 5/5 that costs five mana and comes with flying and ward of two
But unlike normal combo decks, which depend on the active interactions between multiple cards to build up into something winning, Voltron decks are built around passive boons from permanents, Aura and Equipment for the most part
Support for classic strategies, a few new toys, and reprints of some of blacks most iconic and most powerful cards
This isnt all that out there for anyone with a toddler, but it remains a little odd to see it leading the charge in a deck
