It seems like it just might be fast enough (of course those plays outlined above were of the optimal sort) that it may not need any Kraken Hatchlings, Isleback Spawns, counterspells or the like to help it get there, though you may never end up playing Jace's Ultimate because he'll probably take a lot of beats, but hey, that's almost the same as gaining life, and anyhow, once he's dead, you could very well have drawn into another one, so that works out too

Four life per connection which can be as much as 8 life per turn with re-equips for blocks or double strikers is a fair old chunk
Whenever Mishra, Lost to Phyrexia attacks or enters the battlefield, you get to choose three from having an opponent discard two cards, dealing three damage to something, destroying an artifact or planeswalker, giving your creature menace and trample, giving enemy creatures -1/-4, or creating two Powerstone tokens
Protecting that second casting with Memory Lapse might be wiser than using that counterspell on the first casting, but my basic point is that this deck should be able to pull off the a Second Sun win
