TL;DR: One Piece TCG's official base rarities are Common, Uncommon, Rare, Leader, Super Rare, Secret Rare, and Special, with premium variants layered on top: Alternative Art, Treasure Rare (TR), and Manga Rare (rarest, with very low unpublished odds)
Getting one token for every one point of damage can be huge, especially when you often trade those weaker wither creatures for permanent damage
The Jolteon card (#4) is also highly coveted
However, it does have decent health for a Stage two Pokemon and a Move that only costs one Grass Energy to perform
