The important cards in this deck are the four-ofs, and I could see moving the fourth Dissipate to the sideboard along with the Elixir of Immortality
This much card advantage for such little cost deserves a ban in a lot of 60-card formats, though it's still fine for 100-card formats
At the very least, it's certainly trying - in a deck with ways to make Bear creature types stronger, Kudo ensures every creature will benefit, while it can also disrupt strategies that want to hone in on creating a strong board presence with lots of built-in stats
