Thats good, but it also reads, Whenever you cast a spell, each opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a land card, then puts those cards into their graveyard. Being able to cast any spell and then mill everyone is absurd, and the fact that this can then also kill people if needs be is unparalleled
Pathbreaker Ibex and Pyrewood Gearhulk can be better sometimes, but it takes a very particular Commander to get there
Coins, card sleeves, and play mats can also be acquired to differentiate profiles, and cards themselves can have Flair - special visual effects like sparkles - added to them via Shinedust, which is created by breaking down duplicate cards
This rule doesnt apply to energy cards
Now players who like the cards but don't want to run these third-party characters can use the new Innistrad versions instead
