What I mean by that is the top chase card from Phantasmal Flames was so overwhelmingly hot that everything else in that set seemed to pale in comparison, resulting in lower values for otherwise gorgeous cards

Its actually a pretty gorgeous card, and definitely one of my favorite from the set

As a 6-drop, probably not enough, but the twins will surprise you
