You've got at least one full turn to play the card you exiled, which is worse than just drawing the card, and you need to control a creature with power 4 or greater for the trigger to happen, but Phyrexian Arena is currently a $10 card and Furious Rise probably won't ever break $1 so let's all be happy with this nice budget card advantage engine
