mega evolution booster box release date Pokemon Ascended Heroes, Bundle style promo card featuring Bulbasaur. Mega Evolution: Pitch Black -

If I had to venture a guess, Id say most decks should run no more than 20 but thats a ballpark figure

Card Text 2 [Inherited Effect] Reboot (Unsuspend this Digimon during your opponent's unsuspend phase) BT13-040 R Digimon Lv.4 Magnamon Color Yellow Blue Cost 7 DP 7000 Digivolve Cost 1 Yellow 4 from Lv.3 Form Armor Form Attribute Free Type Holy Warrior/Royal Knight Card Text 1 [Special Digivolution Condition] [Digivolve] 3 from [Veemon] [Effect] Blocker (When an opponent's Digimon attacks, you may suspend this Digimon to force the opponent to attack it instead.) [All Turns] When this Digimon would leave the battle area, Draw 1

Its a two for one against almost any aggro deck

There was also a non-holo base charizard that was pretty popular back in the day
