The story thus far: I purchased this card from one of a few vendors who specializes in odd things like misprints and rarities like god books, test prints, proofing pages, etc
As for what makes this set in particular special, it adds four more Mega Evolution Pokemon ex, nine Pokemon ex, a handful of illustration/special illustration rare cards, and 18 ultra rare Trainer Pokemon cards
Rarity and Pull Rates Cards printed in small numbers are more expensive due to fewer copies going around
