Vivi Ornitier Vivi is an enticing commander for storm or spellslinger decks because he produces mana and pings your opponents whenever you cast a noncreature spell

It also has a suite of characters and actions that reward you for challenging with extra Lore or card draw

That said, he can create infinite creatures with Intruder Alarm if you want to build around that

It also works really well with any cards that allow you to play lands from your graveyard, letting you get multiple uses out of fetch lands

Now a lot of white lifegain decks can use this card, but I would suggest including it in an Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim deck
