mtg pre alpha cards pimp Mint / near mint condition trading card Pre-testing and how Alpha came

I played two of such decks in the past couple month, one Abzan and one Mardu, and this is a nice addition to the archetype

The biggest downside of the deck is the reliance on counters

This gives you a lot more control over the course of other players turns than you may normally have and is a great card to use in conjunction with threaten effects (that's to say, cards that let you steal your opponent's cards until end of turn) like Act of Treason

The only other card I really considered was Inexorable Tide

The Dryad is currently about $10 to pre-order and it will be very interesting to see if that price changes after the first major tournament or two
