When used on a Fusion Strike Pokmon, it provides one of every kind of Energy and prevents opponent abilities from affecting said Pokmon
Two things bothered me about slapping the title 'Bootleg' on them though - the first being that they had all the correct official copyright info, with the addition of 'Licensed by TOP-IN', and the second being that the cards so proudly declared FUNSKOOL all over the card, even though the original Base Sets had nothing to do with Funskool at all
Since Grim Reapers Sprint also untaps each creature you control, you need nothing else to make this card work
If this attracts extra collectors, the time it takes to process and grade cards could actually increase
